The remote monitor uses Bluetooth, so you’ll need to purchase another device for it to work.
You will be able connect the remote device to your computer via Bluetooth and monitor the remote patient.
If the remote screen is off, you’ll only be able view the screen while you’re connected to your phone.
If there is an error message when connecting to the remote, it’s likely you’ll be unable to connect to the monitor or that the remote will not work.
If your remote screen fails, the app will tell you if it’s connected to the wrong remote.
You’re also able to download and install other apps to use the monitor remotely, like the Acermix app.
It will also let you use the webcam to remotely monitor the monitor and to view a video of the patient and monitor.

The base of the monitor is plastic and has a red dot on it.
The bottom has a black dot on the left side and an orange dot on top.
You need to remove the red dot and replace it with an orange one.
The top is plastic, and it has a green dot on both sides.
You have to remove one of the plastic parts to remove it.
There is a USB cable on the base of this monitor.
There’s a small plastic clip that sits in the center of the base that is used to secure the monitor together.
